Ring battery has voltage but not working in camera.
I have a few outdoor stick up cams and bought an extra battery so when one battery gets low I replace it with the fully charged battery and charge the battery that needs charge.
one of the battery’s has stopped working but when I check the pins with a voltage meter it’s at the correct voltage of 4.6 volts which matches the other fully charged batteries.
So is there something else in play that won’t make this battery work all of a sudden? Because the camera works with other batteries I swapped from the other cameras.
would ring replace a faulty battery that was purchased from the ring website?
