I am the primary account owner for both Ring and MyQ. I am able to link MyQ onto my Ring dashboard just fine, but my wife (a shared user on both Ring and MyQ) is unable to get see the MyQ devices through her Ring dashboard. Please solve this.

Please add in support for shared access to a Ring co-owner for Amazon Key and MyQ garage door controller. It makes no sense that my spouse cannot receive the same benefits as I do as the account owner. The co-owner should get the same access rights, hence the name co-owner.

October 2022, and this is still an issue. Workaround is to use myQ for the second user, but defeats the purpose of a single port for home control

Me and my wife use separate Amazon accounts that are linked. I setup the myQ integration without any issues under my wife's accounts because she is the one that ordered it. I setup a shared user in the MyQ app. That didn't work. Amazon key app works with a linked account. Can't get Ring to work.

Still a problem in November 2025. I own the Ring devices and my husband signed up for the garage door when it was installed. Now we can’t add it to our Ring account even though I’m co-owner of the garage door and he is on my Ring account he can only add to his personal Ring account which is not the account that runs the household.
