I usually put a daily time based mode to set up my alarm in 'Home' Mode in night by midnight. However I notice that when I go out and arm the system in 'away' mode the system automatically sets it up to 'home' mode after midnight. This is quite unsafe if I am returning late or out for few days. The system should be allowed to update from say 'home' to 'away' or 'disarm' to 'away' in auto mode but should never be allowed to downgrade current setting in auto mode. That should be default. Alternatively an option should be provided to disable override if the alarm is already set.

I have in past used the other professional products and that never downgraded the setting to a lower safety even if the auto mode is set to whatever set.
