I can’t sign into the app. Email and password accepted, get the code via text and then verification fails. I can sign in with the same email and password to the website, so I know they’re correct, so what’s wrong with the app?

    Hi, never even thought that Nord VPN might be the problem. Just disconnected it and logged in fine. Hopefully that’s the issue. User_39fd3a, thank you for the idea

      @user_39fd3a. What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? Are you using a VPN? Does this happen on wifi or cellular data? This information will let me know how to troubleshoot this with you. Is there a specific error you get when the login fails?
