It would be really useful if users could create and save their own custom Smart Responses instead of only using the pre set options.

For example, being able to save messages like:

“Please leave the parcel behind the side gate.”

“I am at work, please leave in the safe place.”

“Please give me 2 minutes, I am on my way.”

“Do not leave parcels in view, please hide them.”

Most of us tend to use the same responses regularly, and custom responses would make the doorbell much more useful for deliveries and visitors when we are not home.

It seems like a simple feature to add, but it would make a big difference to everyday use.
