Ding <17 seconds> Dong… software bug?

I have a Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 connected to a mechanical chime.I think there is a bug in the doorbell’s software, how do I report this?In Mechanical Chime mode when the video doorbell button is depressed the video doorbell goes into low impedance mode for the duration of the button press (emulating a traditional doorbell pusher). If the button is held depressed the doorbell will exit low impedance mode timing out after a few seconds, (this behaviour is correct). However:When the doorbell button is tapped, the doorbell will go into low impedance mode for 17 seconds! I understand visitors usually tap the doorbell buttons and a tap isn’t long enough to energise the chime solenoid, but I believe 17 seconds is too long and should be instead be the same timeout as if the button was held (maybe half a second).… ding <17 seconds> dong is surely a bug!
