One of my outdoor security camera lights keeps coming on and stays on even after reboot, can not keep light off. Is the camera or the software bad and needs replacing?

Hi @user_10ee6f. What specific device is this? This information is located in the Device Health section of the Ring app. Try power cycling your device by removing it from power for 5 minutes, then powering it back up. Let me know if this helps.
