I have the Doorbell Battery Plus. Recently there’s no announcement on our Echo devices when someone rings the doorbell. I had a look on the Alexa app and the doorbell announcement has disappeared. There’s only motion announcement. I’ve removed the doorbell, delinked the skill and reinstalled everything but still can’t see the doorbell announcement. Can someone help?

Hi @user_f798d0. Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end? If you haven't done so already, I would also recommend checking with Alexa support, given that the option is not showing in the Alexa app.
