I have read dozens of posts that address the same problem With attempting to subscribe to the monitoring service through the Ring Website. Furthermore, it appears that this problem Is not being resolved in any of the post that I’ve seen.
The problem is this… You try to subscribe to a plan, the website takes your credit card information and then loops you back to the same screen without successfully subscribing to a plan that would allow you to monitor your ring equipment.
It doesn’t seem like a very smart business model considering subscriptions are the primary source of income for this company after the equipment is purchased.
Any help with this problem would be much appreciated and if the Ring app would be able to allow subscriptions, that would also be a very wise move.

Hi @user_378dbd. I would recommend ensuring that you do not have a VPN activated on the device you are using to subscribe to a plan. I would also recommend trying a different web browser to see if that resolves the issue. If you have already tried these steps and are still experiencing the same concern, please reach out to our support team on Facebook, X, or Instagram by sending a private message to @Ring for further assistance.
