Wired Floodlight on a switch question
Hi. I’m looking to place a floodlight in my backyard. The light is currently on a switch. Does the switch need to be on all the time for the light to work? (Like the cam) Thanks

    Yes, it will need power to work. No power then nothing will work.

      thanks! If I don’t need messages or alerts, it sounds like I don’t necessarily need a bridge.... is that right? (I would have a floodlight cam on the same switch)

      No with smart lighting you would require a bridge and the app. It needs to be setup and a bridge is required.
