I activate my A19 bulb group, then bulbs shut off all on their own

troubleshooting

I have a group of 6 bulbs that I turn on through the ring app or I have Alexa turn on for me and after awhile all 6 lights turn off by themselves. They are all in the same group name, are all attached to the same ring bridge, none of the lights are on a schedule, they all have a good signal strength. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @jdfloyd. Try adjusting the auto-shutoff timer in the Ring App for your Smart Lighting Group to see if this helps prevent the lights from shutting off on their own. In the Ring App tap the menu in the top left-hand corner > Devices > your light group > Settings > Light Settings > Auto-Shutoff and select "until I turn it off” as the option. Let me know if this makes any difference for you. :)
