Ring Intercom connection to Tegui T72 (374260 / 364260) partialy ok
troubleshooting
cs-support

Hi, i have bought Ring Intercom (2024 version with one cable) and tried to connect it to my Tegui T72 (374260), in Ring app there is no 374260, only 374220, so i choose this one...It is digital intercom with 2 BUS connections (pin 1 and pin 2), this intercom has also pin 3,4 and A1.I tried to connect it as app says to do it (with C2,C3, C9 and C10), but if i connect it that way i get to much interference and buzzing, can't hear anything and door opens automatically without need to press anything...so something is wrong...... this is because app says i need to connect C2 and C9 together under pin 1 (BUS) , C10 goes to pin2 (BUS) and C3 goes to pin 3.... but i found connection description of Tegui T72 and pin 3 is "EAL-1 DIG"So i tried to install it only with pin1BUS (C9) and pin2BUS (C10)... I do get notification, i can accept call, but i don't hear anything, i can buzz door open, but unlock time is only 1 sec...it is to short, (this intercom system expect me to keep button pressed until person opens the door)... So this way i can't hear anything and unlock time is to short...Is there anything else i can try ? Can i connect some wire directly to mic and speaker of intercom handset to get audio ? And is there any wire i can use to connect under press button of intercom (solder it under) to get proper door opener with possibility of longer unlock time ?Hope to hear soon from you.Thanx in advance.Best regards.Miki
