iOS Widgets - STILL WAITING!
I know I’ve posted about this before. As have others.
But it’s been 30 days since the told Ring about the iOS widgets no longer working after a RING APP update.
I’ve spoken to Apple and they’ve told me it has nothing to do with them and it’s 100% a Ring issue.
Ring say they know about it.
Come on guys, it’s been over a MONTH.
I chose Ring because my disabled wife relies heavily on these widgets.
It’s absolutely useless now.
If you’re not going to fix it can you please let us know so I can make alternative arrangements.

No offence guys but you’ve been saying this for over a MONTH!
It can’t be THAT hard to sort out.
There was a new app update tonight and I downloaded in the hope you’d fixed the problem but NOPE! Still broke.

Just got the latest iOS app update, and guess what……….. the widgets still don’t work properly

TYep, same here.
They need to either fix it or at least be honest with us so we can kook around for alternative products.
They’re just taking the **** out of us now.

So just done my SECOND app update in 2 days and the widgets STILL don’t work
