Hi,
I do have an indoor cam (Indoor Cam 2nd Gen White).
Powered via cable.
Signal Strength very good (RSSI47)
Status Onile
Did Reboot it
Network speed 450 MB
Cleared cache
and I have a current subscription plan till Dec 2026
I can see live images via App. Super good and clear. But I can't see any more older footages. why can't I? I used to be able up to last month

Hi @user_0fce34. Are you able to view your History on Ring.com? Does your phone have an active VPN? If so, trying turning off your VPN and attempting to view the History again. What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? Is there a specific error you get when looking through your History? Feel free to share any screenshots that may help illustrate whats happening.
