Why Is Ring Alarm Base Station Using 3UK

I’ve hardwired my new base station to my BT Router but the base station is using 3UK mobile. Why? And how can I can I change it to BT? Thanks

Try a different Ethernet cable. Ensure you are using the right Ethernet socket on the router, some are not for hardwiring devices to. Some need configuring for use to connect devices to, done in the advanced menu. Look for something like "Auto WAN Port" of similar and enable it. Does it work over wifi? (Basically its defaulting to a mobile network because the Base Unit cannot resolve an IP address, or put another way, it doesn't think its plugged in to the router)
