Why can't I add another basic plan

I just bought another device and I want to add a basic plan to it but I only get a click able option for standard and the other one. Anyone else with that problem?

Hi @user_ac2593. Are both of these devices installed at the same location? If so, the Ring Multi plan might be a better fit. It covers all devices installed at one location, and is cheaper than having multiple Basic plans. If you're trying to add a Basic plan for a device at a different location, make sure you select that location on Ring.com first.
