Is there a way to permanently disable smart responses. Its one of the most irritating features that doesn't work!
When enabled it says I unable to answer the door when I standing at the door talking to the visitor!
When I disable smart responses, its re-activated whenever I turn the alarm on/off. Its such a unless feature!
Does anyone know how to turn it off permanently?
If it can't be turned off and Ring don't change this I'm switching to Eufy!

Hi @user_1548b7. If your Smart Responses are turning on when using Modes, then you most likely have toggled on Alexa Greetings for that device in one of your Modes. To change this, follow these steps:
- Open the Ring app.
- Choose the menu button (three lines in the upper left corner).
- Select Settings.
- Tap Modes and Automations
- Go through each Mode and select Cameras.
- Select your Doorbell and toggle off Alexa Greetings. Make sure you tap save on the top right-hand side.
