Ring stuck on Blue light
troubleshooting
Hey, my ring alarm station went offline and is now stuck on the blue light not wanting to connect to wlan. The green light at the back is not turning on although the internet is working. Also the soft reset by pressing the button at the back one second or unplugging didn’t help.
please help me.
