Ring Alarm sensor 2gen remains closed even the window is open

I have a wierd issue with one of the sensors. Battery shows full. The sensor basically shows as closed even if the window is open. If I press the bottom then it goes back to open when the window is open, then I close the window and it doesn't work anymore. Still the same if I repeat with the butttom.
I tried to power cycle, reset, remove and add the device but it still doesn't work.
Please advice. Signal is good as well.

Hi @user_cde903. Thanks for listing which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. What type of window is the Contact Sensor installed on? Some materials can cause interference with the signal. Additionally, can you share a picture of how the sensor is installed?
