My doorbell camera completely stopped working--no video, no doorbell chime. It's not receiving any power, but the last health check on 10/2 indicates that the transformer is strong. It stopped working after that.

Our house is new construction, so all the homes were equipped with a professionally installed Ring Wired Doorbell Pro. I checked the fuse box--no circuit breakers are tripped. All the lights and appliances are working. I checked the wires on the doorbell; no corrosion. We've lived here just over a year, and we moved in about 4 months after it was built. Our part of the country is known for its nice weather year-round, so it's not really exposed to the elements. Since the builder likely purchased this in bulk, I don't know whether it's under warranty. Is the doorbell a lost cause?
