Hi @Kyba19. With Ring and Motion Alerts toggled on, you’ll receive a push notification when your Ring Doorbell detects motion or someone presses the button. I’d recommend verifying that Ring and Motion Alerts are toggled on, as well as checking your Modes settings to make sure motion detection is enabled.
After checking the above, test out a motion event by walking in front of your Ring Doorbell to see if you receive an alert, and if the motion is listed on the Event History. If this doesn’t work, you probably need to adjust your Motion Zones and Motion Sensitivity. Should none of these troubleshooting steps help, you can reach out to our support team for further assistance.
