When people are in the garden or ring the bell, the ring doorbell isn’t able to pick up the sound from whoever is talking, can hear family members talking to the visitor through device but can’t hear the visitor at all

Hi @user_631253. As long as the visitor is standing close to the Ring Doorbell speaking clearly, the audio should come through. When you have the Live View activated, make sure you are tapping the speaker icon to hear the audio at the Doorbell. The volume on your phone also needs to be turned up.
