Chime and Front Door Bell not working after Ring HQ was hacked

Question

Performed all troubleshooting and it is useless. Spotlight Cam came back on but Chime and Front Door Cam/Bell will not comeback online. I am a Veteran at bringing these units back online and troubleshooting them from lots of bad experience. Since RING got hacked last night the Chime and Front door operate as they should but will NOT connect online. I have read all the other issues and the one thing I noticed is RING has gone silent in the area of HELP.

Hi @user_238fdc. Ring was not hacked. We experienced multiple system outages on October 20th from 10:00 UTC to 22:27 UTC. These issues are now resolved, and you should see normal performance from the Ring app and your Ring devices. You can always check the current status of Ring systems at https://status.ring.com/.
