When i review footage i see a big green blurry picture whats causing this?

Hi @lemcnabb24. Try the following steps for your concern:
Reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app.
Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in.
Verify your Doorbell has good signal strength.
