Want to stop "someone is at the front door, notification." Chime only.
troubleshooting
I just got my ring doorbell and chime pro. Currently, the doorbell announces that someone is at the front door every time the button is pressed. I can't seem a way to find a way to turn this off and have the chime play alone. Can someone please help me? I see a lot of information out there but have not been able to get this done.

Hi @user_fcdf8a. Are you referring to the notification on your phone? You can change the App Alert Tone to something different, or toggle Ring Alerts off completely. If you have an Alexa device, you can control Doorbell Press Announcements in the Alexa app.
