Video Doorbell Pro - Spare Parts

Hi,
Recently I moved homes and lost the Pro Power Kit for Video Doorbell Pro. Ring sells it as spare part but currently it is out of stock. I called customer care but even they don't have a clue by when it will be available. Any idea where I can get it?

Hi @user_ee6295. The Wired Doorbell Plus, formerly known as the Video Doorbell Pro, has been discontinued. That is likely why the spare parts kit is out of stock. However, I would suggest reaching out to our social support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram to see what options are available.
