I have had the same problem starting Aug 1st. No longer see in color. RSSI-26. Nothing to change in settings. Ring is hardwired.

Hi neighbors. Ring Doorbells utilize black and white night vision, which should toggle on when it is dark enough outside. During the day, the view should display color as normal. I have the same problem,,I have 3 cameras..1 at the back door..1 at the side and one at the front door..back door and side are both working fine..its the front one that has lost colour..this happened last week..does anyone have any suggestions
