Unwanted App Doorbell Notifications

I have a Video Doorbell Wired linked to a chime. Ring Notifications are turned off in my app but I continue to get notifications on my phone. Chime alerts are turned on but do that control the app or the local device? Can i turn off chime alerts to stop phone notifications but have the local device continue to sound a chime?

Hi @user_db36a5. Chime notifications and phone notifications are separate. If you turn off Chime alerts, your Chime device will no longer play audio alerts. To address this issue, first ensure that your Ring app is up to date on your phone.
