Ring Wired Doorbell Plus *Is there a Foam Gasket Missing????

I have a Ring Wired Doorbell Plus and in the photo it shows a Gasket between the Doorbell and the back plate. Is this missing? Just doesn’t seem right.
Thought I would ask the Ring Community because Ring Support is Useless! Hate this New Ring Wired Doorbell Plus. The Ring Pro was a better doorbell.
Hope someone can help. Without a Gasket it can let water in and it is loose on the backplate. Pure Junk! This here is coming from a 35+ year Electrical Contractor. Ring Needs to listen to the Experts not the so called Engineers. I could go on. Never received a call back from Corporate either.

Hi @user_1484ca. It's hard to say if you are missing something, because I don't know what parts you have. From the picture you shared, it looks like you're pointing to the Mounting Plate. You can find the Mounting Plate here. Is this the part you're missing? Feel free to share a photo of your device and the parts you have on hand, so I can help you find what pieces are missing.
