Hi @user20330. What Ring Camera model do you have? Is the buzzing sound coming just from the Ring app when watching recordings or using Live View? Or is the buzzing sound coming from the Ring Camera itself? What you can try in the meantime is a reboot of the Ring device, which can be done right from the Ring app. This Help Center page [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-) will give you the steps to do so. The extra information will help me figure out what other troubleshooting steps I can suggest to try.
