Ridiculous!
So many people having problems with the Gen 2 bid/camera to 95% and then failing, but you get the same answers from Ring every time. I promise you, this is NOT a Brightspeed problem. Out service hasn’t changed and never will. I have not changed one single setting. Calling support is useless since they tell you to do what you’ve done 15 times, yet it’s still your fault somehow. I’ll find someone else and pay for new equipment and rent my monthly charge. I can’t think of another thing to do. Most unresponsive company EVER. Oh wait - there’s always AT&T….

Hi @user_32df66. There are a lot of factors in regard to internet connectivity, including your network configuration and what type of router you have. The Video Doorbell 2nd Gen is only compatible with 2.4GHz network connections. Which router do you have, and is it dual-band with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz? Have you checked the ports and protocols on your network?
