No security screw with doorbell plus

I’m setting up a new ring doorbell plus – and I’m not able to find a security screw in the box. Should there be one?

I have had the same issue. I got two sets of C/D packets but not A/B in my box

Hi @user_4853ca. Yes, there should be one included in your packaging. I suggest thoroughly searching the packaging to see if you might have missed it.
