No flashing green light

Why do so many Ring unit owners have difficulties getting them back online? Most of them posted here DO NOT FLASH GREEN. Why is this? I have had 3 different Ring wall units and none of them are able to stay online. I have spent 3 hours on the phone with Ring, ISP, and Netgear and my unit does not stay online, nor am I able to bring it back online. None of my other devices in the home have difficulty staying online.

Hi @user_adcca9. It's not really possible for us to be able to discern why some people have problems. It's possible that there are network irregularities that cause conflict with their connection. A good way to test this is to connect your device to a wifi hotspot and monitor the connectivity. If it stays online with a hotspot, then there needs to be alterations to your network.
