New WiFi. Can I connect remotely?
troubleshooting
I switched wifi carrier and forgot to update my ring doorbell when I was in town. Now I am out of town. Can I hook it up to the new wifi remotely?

Hi @user_e45275. Unfortunately no, you cannot connect a Ring device to a new wifi network remotely. You must be present to connect to put the Doorbell into setup mode and connect to the setup network during the network change process. If you are able to change your wifi network name and password to the same credentials that you previously had, the Ring Doorbell may automatically try to reconnect. Otherwise, I'd recommend waiting until you are physically with the Doorbell again to connect it to your net network.
