I bought a new ring battery powered door bell and it wouldnt connect to my house wifi even when i set it up in the same room. I have other Alexa devices connected to this router and workingMy router has both 2.4g and 5g, the ring doorbell will only see the 2.4g network but will not connect. Password is correct.However when i connect my phone hotspot to the doorbell, it connects and my phone network is 5g

Hi @user_a2c9c1. What is the error that you were receiving when connecting to your home network? Since you are able to connect to a hotspot, this tells me there is a network issue. During setup, the light on the doorbell will flash in a specific pattern before the error and this will indicate the issue you're having.
