My devices are no longer visible in the Ring app
I can no longer see my doorbell/camera or chime in the app. Have tried to find a way to reinstall, but feedback only tells me that the devices already are installed. Tried to call You on the number listed for Norway, but this was "not in use".

1 location over here and the same. Chime, Garage door, & front doorThis for me is on the row right above the cameras.I thought at first it was just the integrated devices but the chime also does not show … unless the explanation on that is that the chime pro is “ring” but not really.Point of clarification, you can scroll all the way down and find the chime but now to snooze it you go in to the device settings, I’d rather see the stuff i care about over the “what’s new” and … “neighbors” bit.

I have the same problem with my doorbell. I still get notifications that someone is at my door, but I can't pull up any video because the app can't open my device. The app doesn't work to do anything. I can't even add a device. The app keeps giving me the message: "It's not your fault, it's ours." But that doesn't help me at all. It's been this way for several days now.

Hi @user_981bbb. One of the most common reasons this happens is because of having duplicate locations. Can you try tapping on the location name on the top center part of the Dashboard of the Ring app? Do you see multiple location names that are the same?
