low volume audio on live view and playback - Ring Pro
hi AllFor a while now i have had volueme issues (intermittant sound - thought it was my phone or the app) but i have noticed today that when playing back recordings and listening to live view i can bearly hear anything - I here moments of sound but they are split seccond moments.I have also noticed that its the same on my partners IphoneI have a samsung S9 updated to latest vrsion and the latest version of the app installed.I have restarted the doorbell (turn power off and back on) and no difference.has anyone goy any idears?
