Local network issue
troubleshooting

I have this message ‘Local network issue’ on my Network info screen for one of my cameras, all other cameras show ‘Online’. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks much!

    Hi @user_e6cb44. What specific camera model is this? What

     is the RSSI for this device? What happens when you try to reconnect it to wifi?

      If I may step in here with a question about the "Local network issue" statement.  I am getting that same message showing against some of my cameras which have an RSSI of-41 or similar.  However, I don't have an issue as they are all working fine, so why is this message showing up?

      Hi Justin-Ring.  I have rebooted my router and the devices and it has made no difference -  The devices are working OK, but it just seems strange that the cameras are coming up with that messgae which they never did before.

        Hi @user_408336. Thank you for reporting back after trying those steps. It may be a visual error, given that you aren't experiencing any performance issues. Which version of the Ring app are you running?

      The screenshot posted in my first post is from my account logged in on my PC using the latest Firefox browser.  There doesn't appear to be any issue of that sort with the Ring app on my iPad which is versaion 5.98.0 the latest version from the App Store.

        @user_408336 Thank you for clarifying that. If you log into Ring.com on a different web browser, do you still see this message? Or does it only appear on Firefox? Do you have a VPN or any browser extensions installed?
