Hi @user_bdaa5f. You can find steps on how to charge your Ring doorbell here. That Help Center article has steps for doorbells with a removable battery and doorbells with a built-in battery. If you have your doorbell connected to existing wiring, disconnect the wires from the back of the doorbell before charging the battery.
