Hard wired doorbell offline in rain

I have noticed that our doorbell never works on rainy days. It is always offline. It’s hardwired and works fine on sunny days.
Anyone else have this problem?
It never worked after our free subscription expired, too. When we started paying for it it started to work except for in poor weather.
What is up with that? Anyone else ever experience it and did you find anything to help?

Hi @Donut7. There could be a few different reasons as to why your Doorbell is not operating correctly during rainy days. The main one is having issues with your internet service, whether it is dropping completely or dropping in performance. I would reach out to your internet service provider to see if this is the case. You also want to make sure your Doorbell has a good RSSI. It also won’t hurt to reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app and reboot your router by unplugging it from power for a few seconds and plugging it back in to see if that helps. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
