My battery is stuck on 6%. Fast blue light flashing as soon as I plug it in. Battery shows lightning for charging on the app but battery isn’t increasing or light changing from flashing. I have looked at other threads and tried to change charger plug/ wire and it has been indoors for 2 days so at room temp. Any other suggestions. It’s not even 2 year old
