Device stopped working

I ordered the Ring Battery Video Doorbell and Chime on the 20.11.2025 from Amazon.

The product was working fine and 2 days ago I got a notification that I need to recharge the Video doorbell. I did and returned it on my front door. It was working fine.

Today someone tried ringing me and the doorbell didn't work. In the app it appeared as offline and there was no indication it was working.

Upon visual inspection, I noticed a lump on the side, at the same level where the camera is. There is also a small lump on the back of the doorbell. It looks as if the lump was created by an internal overheat which melted the plastic. Overall, it seems like battery damage.

How do I get a replacement?
