device five digit code 'invalid'
i have the 5 digit code but when i enter it i get a 'invalid pin code' and it wont accept it. What do I do? I can't reconnect my device without this step

Hi @user_0420bf. There should be a QR code used for setup, and some devices have a pin code as well. Which Ring device are you trying to set up? You can find the device name on the original packaging, or on the back of the device itself. Additionally, please share a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end in the Ring app.
