So i live at an apartment complex with community wide provided wifi. My Ring will not come online. Every time i set it up with the wifi it says success but then immediately says it’s offline again. Has anyone else had this happen , and how did you fix it?

Hi @user73731. Since it is community-shared wifi, does that mean you are not in charge of your router’s settings? I have seen community shared wifi have strict settings, and they prevent Ring devices from connecting to it properly.
