Button not working

My doorbell is active, fully charged, had a hard reset, connected to internet, full internet signal but… when I press the button it doesn’t work 🤷🏻♀️

Hi @user_8705cf. What specific doorbell model is this? How long have you had it? Is there damage to the button? Do you see when you pressed the button in your Event History? Is this device hardwired? This information will help me figure out what may be happening.
