Battery doorbell not charging

I purchased a battery doorbell back in February. The battery needed to be charged very frequently, like every 8 - 10 days.
A couple of weeks ago, it failed to recharge.

Hi @user_52b09b. Which model of Ring doorbell is this? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. What happens when you try to recharge the battery? Are you using the provided charging cable plugged into a standard power outlet?
