For about a month I've dealt with these people. Everyone I've talked to is in India; they can't understand me and I can't understand them. I'm trying to transfer ownership from my deceased sister to my daughter. I even provided a death certificate. They still can't get it done. Each person I've talked to tells me to do something different. I think I'll throw it away and buy a different brand. Their support system stinks.
