Alexa app
I have the Ring Pro ..I had no problems setting it up when installing, However when I ask Alexa to open the device it will keep telling me something has gone wrong and to disable and then enable the skill again, this will temporally cure the problem till the next time, anyone has any ideas.

    Sometimes Alexa can really be a pain. What I do is unplug the device giving me trouble for about an hour just to make sure it's totally powered down. Then plug it back in. You can try with less time if needed as well. Maybe this may help her gain her wits back.

      Happened to me a few days ago. In my case it seems it was a communication issue. I've restarted the router, i have a tp-link m9 mesh system, and gave high priority to the doorbell 2 on tplink app. Also did that reset thing on skill. Since then the communication with alexa it's very nice and flawless. No more problems.
