Hi @hobnobrob2000. I would try factory resetting your Doorbell to see if it helps. To factory reset it, press and hold the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then [reconnect it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) again. I've reset the doorbell but the battery level is still going down, at 84% now. As I mentioned before, my stickup cam is still charging and currently at 100%, so why not my doorbell ? They are both facing exactly the same direction.

@hobnobrob2000. As mentioned in the solution, if you have tried the troubleshooting steps and your Doorbell is still not taking a trickle charge from the solar panel, give our support team a call for further assistance.

Yes I will do that now, down to 79 percent now and 100 percent on my other cam. Thanks.

I have called them and after some testing and another hard reset they have assessed that I'm not getting any charge, so a replacement is on the way ! Thanks for your help 🙏🏻👌🏻
