New wifi network...can't connect. Original ring owner...app says I am not.

Trying to resolve this crazy issue. Live in a rural area. Had our Ring equipment on a Viasat network (horrible). I bought and installed all equipment in my name. Never has left my possession or transfered owners. Just recently, rural fiber internet via Spectrum became available to us. So of course we switched. All of the instructional videos and advice do not work. Forums have similar stories. I can look up my equipment and it says I am the owner. Yet the Ring App does not recognize me as such. I have tried for 6 hours now with no success to connect to our new wifi. Can't even get to the option to switch networks.

    Hi @user_e884f0. If you are not seeing the option to change your WiFi network in the Ring app, under the Device Health menu, then you are not logged in with the correct email. Only once you are logged in with the same email that setup the device in the Ring app, will these options become available. It may be setup under a family members email. If you are unsure of what email this is, please follow up with our support team. You can also get in touch by sending a private message to @Ring on Facebook or X.
